The
Warner Village cinema at Star City is just off
Junction 6 and is off Cuckoo Road near the Heartlands
Spine Road. If you still can't place it, then
the map reference for it can be found at Cuckoo
Road courtesy of Multimap.
N.B.
Trying to get hold of Warner Village for information
is harder than trying to book yourself into Buckingham
Palace for the night. The number given below (0121
326 0246) used to work fine but now gives a message
informing you that the number has changed to 0870
2406020. This number did not work on 2 attempts.
Directory of Enquiries give out a different number:
0871 8712034. There is also another number given
on the Star City website which is constantly engaged.
0121 326 0264
After several attempts we finally got through
to Star City only to be met with an automated
answering service in which you need to press about
20 buttons on your phone in order to get the answer
to a simple question - Come on Star City we are
sure you can do better than this !
The
box office telephone number is 0121 326 0246 and
you can make advance bookings and get programme
information from this number. The Warner
Village web site takes online bookings. Featuring
30 screens with Asian films and all the main films
under one roof it is a must for a visit. Tastefully
designed like a fun park there are shops, restaurants
and bars too.
Star
City has a dedicated Gold Class area consisting
of 3 screens which offer electronic reclining
seats and side tables with extra leg room. Gold
Class even has it's own Casablanca Bar which provides
drinks. There is a different number for the Gold
Class and you can reach them on
0121 326 0296.
