We are not prepared to waste our time. Birmingham UK Com is a free resource. It costs us time and money to maintain and run. It is not a viable commercial concern in its own right and relies on goodwill and spare time. The last thing we want to do is commit even more time on a daily basis wading through junk and advertising blurb.
( 2 ) The countless emails for Sidenfil Citrate ( Viagra ), the desperate presidents of Nigerian Oil companies wanting to give away their millions, the hundreds of offers of assistance to our lady web designer to help her grow a larger penis, the thoughtful people that would like to show us how to make millions out of the internet instead of just getting on with their business and making millions for themselves....which any sensible person would do if it actually worked......... need we go on? You get the idea.

We cannot supply you with leaflets, city maps etc. and it is NOT a general directory enquiries hotline for Birmingham city. We do not know what bus to catch from Bordesley Green to the city centre. We cannot recommend a hotel locally. So much of the information people seek is actually on the website or the external links. If people just took the time to look they would find it. Use the internal search engine to locate what you are seeking. If in doubt contact the local Tourist Information Office.

To the hundreds of you that have received email replies to your questions, or those that have received no reply to rather strange questions, we ask you to spare a few moments to consider why we no longer provide an answerback service.
When was the last time you asked someone a question on the internet? Quite recently? You probably received an answer too? Now answer this question and be honest with yourself - Did you actually take the time to thank them? If you did then well done. The fact is, 90 per cent of people that ask questions and take up your time don't even bother to say thank you! It costs nothing and yet they don't bother.
