The
Merry Hill Centre is the perfect destination if you fancy a day of
shopping. With over 200 stores under one roof and parking for well over
10,000 cars, the centre is one of the biggest of it's kind in the UK.
It is certainly one of the finest in Europe.
The
interior is pleasantly laid out in marble and brass finish. It has
scenic lifts, water fountains and a pleasant surrounding area. The
waterfront with its Canal and bars by the Copthorne Hotel will
certainly relax you after a days shopping.
Merry
Hill is open every day of the week. Saturday does get very crowded but
it is open from 10 - 4 on Sundays. If you can get there in the week
then it really is a pleasant leisurely shopping experience. You really
need a day here.
