You could always try your local Business Link or Chamber of Commerce. We hear you rolling around the floor laughing. OK it was only a suggestion, we won't even mention the banks then. Does your local Business Link actually help local business? Is it worth joining a Chamber of Commerce and what do you actually get for your money?

When things go wrong

British Telecom, Utility companies, Bad Marketing Practices, IT problems, Automated Messages, general incompetence and bad service. What is your pet hate?

Whilst your idea of enjoyment probably doesn't include a couple of pints down the local with your accountant, these guys are a necessary evil. However, along with Solicitors and Estate Agents, accountants come high on the complaints list. Just what have you experienced that really pisses you off about these professions?

Builders, Plumbers and Electricians

Ever tried finding a good plumber these days? Ladies - If you find one marry him. They not only earn good money but you will be safe from having to find one in an emergency ( a plumber that is). We have all heard horror stories about shoddy workmanship from Bodgit and Leggit Ltd but do you have a good story to tell?

Your life is complicated enough already. Your stressed out at work and the phone goes yet again. Its a double glazing salesman, some guy from New York (supposedly but you spotted the crap fake accent) offering you US Bonds, another prick doing a survey!

Sales and Marketing is an essential part of any business but please folks please train these clockwork frogs before you let them loose on the phones.
